You will join the quality team and report to the Quality Manager. You play a key role in maintaining and continuously improving our integrated management system, in direct connection with production, support teams and our customers.
Your main tasks:
- Manage the resolution activities of internal and external non-conformities (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa...).
- Conduct and follow up internal audits and workstation audits.
- Provide necessary support to production, final inspection and process and product engineers to meet customer requests.
- Actively lead continuous improvement initiatives (5S, QRQC, FMEA, problem solving, etc.).
- Participate in the drafting and maintenance of integrated management system documents.
- Manage internal and external waivers.
- Lead continuous improvement projects, in line with ISO9001/ISO13485 requirements and company certifications.
- Participate in qualifications/validations (IQ/OQ/PQ).
Your profile:
- Engineering degree, complemented by quality training or equivalent experience. - Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role. - Knowledge of quality tools: (8D, FMEA, 5S, QRQC, and problem solving.) - Knowledge of quality management systems according to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards (an advantage). - Knowledge of printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing technologies, a plus. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools as well as document and quality management software (M-Files, Ellistat or equivalents). - Excellent analytical, synthesis and communication skills. - Rigor, organisation, autonomy and proactivity. - Ability to manage priorities and proactively solve problems. - Curiosity and continuous improvement orientation. - Good interpersonal skills and a taste for cross-functional teamwork. - English level B2 (intermediate), both spoken and written.
