You will join the quality team and report to the Quality Manager.
You play a key role in maintaining and continuously improving our integrated management system, in direct connection with production, support teams and our customers.
Your main tasks: Manage the resolution activities of internal and external non-conformities (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa...).
Conduct and follow up internal audits and workstation audits.
Provide necessary support to production, final inspection and process and product engineers to meet customer requests.
Actively lead continuous improvement initiatives (5S, QRQC, FMEA, problem solving, etc.).
Participate in the drafting and maintenance of integrated management system documents.
Manage internal and external waivers.
Lead continuous improvement projects, in line with ISO9001/ISO13485 requirements and company certifications.
Participate in qualifications/validations (IQ/OQ/PQ).
Your profile: Engineering degree, complemented by quality training or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of quality tools: (8D, FMEA, 5S, QRQC, and problem solving.)Knowledge of quality management systems according to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards (an advantage).
Knowledge of printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing technologies, a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools as well as document and quality management software (M-Files, Ellistat or equivalents).
Excellent analytical, synthesis and communication skills.
Rigor, organisation, autonomy and proactivity.
Ability to manage priorities and proactively solve problems.
Curiosity and continuous improvement orientation.
Good interpersonal skills and a taste for cross-functional teamwork.
English level B2 (intermediate), both spoken and written.
