Qualified candidates should have successful leadership experience in a similar environment for operations and fiscal success, be committed to our core values, and have a passion for the seniors that we serve. /p h3Requirements /h3 h3ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: /h3 ul liSupports the mission, vision, and goals of the organization, upholding and promoting company culture and vision /li liOversee all operations and fiscal oversight for 8+communities in all aspects of resident care, admissions, staffing, marketing, programming, culinary services, facilities maintenance, and administration. /li liLead through vision and values for resident and team-member well-being, quality assurance, financial management, and regulatory compliance with the highest integrity and ethical standards. /li liResponsible for driving the region to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives. /li liResponsible for understanding legal documents related to acquiring, developing, and operating projects. /li liResponsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes, internal and external. /li liProvide timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the region. /li liCollaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of the organization. /li liMotivate and lead a high-performance management team; attract, recruit, and retain required members of the team; provide mentoring as a cornerstone to the management’s development. /li liLead by example; ensure outstanding attention to detail in resident care and well-being while demonstrating effective communication. /li liSupervise multiple Executive Directors, oversee the operations at their communities /li /ul h3Experience, Qualifications Skills /h3 ul liDemonstration of our Core Values: Love, Kindness, Honesty, Goodness, Fairness, Respect. /li liAbility to lead within a culture committed to Ciel’s “Team Member Promise”: We consider each team member a valued individual who is instrumental in service excellence to our residents. Ciel creates a work environment where life is enriched, stories are shared, and lives are cherished. /li li10+ years of strong operational experience working with the elderly in an assisted living, skilled nursing, or hospital environment highly preferred. /li liMust have experience managing multiple retirement, assisted living, and/or memory care communities. /li liMust be able to maintain composure during stressful and emergent situations. /li liMust be approachable, fair-minded, and able to communicate with clarity while showing confidence and enthusiasm. /li liSkilled in organizational development, personnel management, budget and resource development, and strategic planning. /li liExcellent interpersonal skills with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team. /li liPossess personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to the corporate mission and vision. /li liFlexible and able to multitask; can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions; demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systems. /li liBachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Gerontology, Business or another related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. /li liExcellent knowledge of the state regulations and compliance management. /li liWorking knowledge of basic accounting terminology and processes with strong financial judgement. /li liMust be able to travel /li /ul h3Salary Description /h3 p$150,000-165,000 BOE /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
