LPP Client Advisor
Job Description
- You will be responsible for developing the prospect network and acquiring new clients - You will ensure the follow-up and development of the existing client portfolio - You will advise our clients by offering solutions tailored to their needs - You will conduct information sessions on the three-pillar principle, mainly focused on the 2nd pillar, with companies and insured persons
Profile sought
- You have commercial training in the insurance sector - You hold the federal certificate in social insurance, LPP or IAF: an advantage - You have proven experience in a similar role - Your mother tongue is French and you have good knowledge of English - You master German: an advantage - You are Swiss or hold a valid permit
Your skills and abilities:
- You have an excellent knowledge of the occupational pension market in Switzerland and excellent knowledge of social insurance - You are an excellent negotiator - You are very attentive to your clients and solution-oriented - You have great interpersonal skills and know how to show diplomacy and tact - You are comfortable speaking in public - You are organised and precise - You are stress-resistant - You have a strong professional ethic - You have a good team spirit
