We are looking for an Office Manager who can help strengthen those internal operations and support the infrastructure that allows our teams to perform at their best. The Office Manager will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of CineDrones. This individual will help oversee internal processes, manage documentation, coordinate schedules, support leadership initiatives, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the business. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating structure, improving workflows, and helping teams stay organized. The successful candidate will be comfortable balancing multiple responsibilities, communicating across departments, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee and support daily administrative operations across the company. Coordinate calendars, internal meetings, and company-wide scheduling needs. Organize and maintain company records, contracts, reports, and internal documentation. Support finance-related administrative tasks including invoicing, expense tracking, and vendor coordination. Assist with employee onboarding documentation and internal process administration. Maintain digital filing systems and ensure operational documents remain accurate and accessible. Help improve internal workflows and administrative systems to support business growth. Coordinate company subscriptions, vendor relationships, and administrative services. Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and special projects. Facilitate clear communication and alignment across departments. Qualifications Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management, business administration, operations support, or a related field. Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and cloud-based collaboration platforms. Strong judgment, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to work. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality in handling company information. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in media production, creative services, logistics, events, or project-based business environments. Familiarity with bookkeeping support, invoicing, expense reconciliation, or operational reporting. Experience supporting distributed or remote teams. Comfort working in fast-paced, deadline-sensitive environments. Interest in media, production technology, aviation, or emerging technologies.
