(Senior) Machine Learning Engineer (f / m / d)

Job Description: Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Stuttgart, Germany. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MLOps, machine learning, and cloud infrastructure, with experience in NLP and CV workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain infrastructure and processes for machine learning operations.
• Prepare datasets, evaluate models using KPIs, validate, and deploy models into production systems, both embedded and cloud-based.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows.
• Automate ML operations and leverage cloud solutions like AWS with Terraform for scalability.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience in MLOps and end-to-end ML lifecycle management.
• Strong programming skills in Python and C++.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools such as MLFlow, Airflow, or Kubeflow.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Knowledge of automation tools for ML operations.
• Experience in NLP and CV workflows and metrics.
• Hands-on experience in model validation, testing, and deployment.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
