Circle Access is a Swiss private office dedicated to providing high-end services to entrepreneurs, executives and families. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to support our marketing activities, client communications, and business development initiatives.

Position Overview

The Marketing Intern will work closely with the management team to support the development and execution of marketing initiatives, content creation, client presentations, and brand-building activities. This role provides hands‑on exposure to luxury services, entrepreneurship, digital marketing, and business development.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, creative, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Content Creation

  • Assist in creating and managing content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Support the development of marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Create engaging visual and written content aligned with the Circle Access brand.
  • Monitor social media performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters.

Marketing & Business Development Support

  • Prepare professional presentations, pitch decks, and marketing documents for clients and partners.
  • Support the creation of company profiles, brochures, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Identify new marketing opportunities and industry trends.

Client & Partners Support

  • Assist in preparing customized proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Support relationship management activities with partners and service providers.
  • Help maintain marketing databases and CRM records.

Brand Development

  • Ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
  • Contribute creative ideas to strengthen Circle Access's brand positioning.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for new campaigns, partnerships, and events.

Administrative Support

  • Assist with project coordination and marketing‑related administrative tasks.
  • Support event planning and execution when required.
  • Maintain organized documentation and marketing assets.

Qualifications

Required

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality, Luxury Management, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
  • Knowledge of luxury, hospitality, events, concierge, travel, or lifestyle industries.
  • Additional languages such as French or Arabic are considered an asset.
  • Experience creating presentations and marketing materials.
