YOUR TALENTS FOR CIRCULA

  • Qualifications: You hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field and have at least 5 years of professional experience in a marketing role, preferably in product marketing. Expertise in go-to-market strategies and crafting messaging/positioning is required.

  • Customer Marketing Knowledge: You are well-versed in customer engagement strategies, such as in-app messaging, cross-sell/upsell campaigns, and newsletters. Hands-on experience in these areas is highly valued.

  • Ownership: You have a proven ability to lead projects independently and thrive on taking on new challenges. You excel at supporting product launches while collaborating effectively with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

  • Drive: You bring a proactive, hands-on mentality and perform well in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaboration: You excel in working across teams, ensuring seamless coordination between Product, Sales, and Customer Success. You thrive in remote, international environments, driving successful outcomes through clear communication and teamwork.

  • Storytelling Approach: You are passionate about developing your storytelling approach to create compelling case studies and client success stories that showcase product value across different formats.

  • Language: Fluent in German (native level or min. C2) and good level of English.

Join our Product Marketing Team as a Product Marketing Manager and help shape the future of our innovative expense management platform. You’ll collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to lead product launches, drive adoption, and enhance retention. Bring your passion for marketing, a talent for understanding customer needs, and your expertise in product marketing to make a direct impact on business outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead Product Marketing Strategies: Lead the planning and execution of marketing initiatives aimed at driving awareness, engagement, and adoption of Circula’s Expense platform among SMBs and mid-market companies in Germany.
  • Lead Product Launches: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop messaging, positioning, and coordinate activities for successful go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on campaigns, product rollouts, and customer-focused strategies.
  • Enhance Sales Enablement: Create and maintain sales collateral such as pitch decks, product one-pagers, and competitive battle cards. Conduct training sessions for Sales and Customer Success teams to boost product knowledge and drive conversion rates.
  • Drive Demand Generation & Content Support: Collaborate with the demand generation team to create impactful bottom-of-funnel content, including case studies, white papers, and webinars. Ensure marketing campaigns align with product strategy and highlight key differentiators.
  • Track Metrics & Performance: Monitor and report on product marketing performance, including feature adoption, product engagement, and campaign ROI. Use insights to refine strategies, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives.
