Incubator Program Overview:
Cisco built the Incubator Program to help you grow and develop towards a successful career in the IT Networking industry. We are fully committed to providing you with extensive training, certifications, and an international community of peers.
Participants will learn about Cisco technologies from top engineers through virtual webinars. The program includes CCNA and DevNet training and certifications worth around $4,000, along with Python skills. Additionally, soft skills and business skills are integrated into the program. You will join a group of 50+ participants from across Europe, building professional relationships and friendships.
How does it work?
Sessions are held in the afternoons, from 3-6 pm CET, Monday through Thursday. Attendance at 50% of sessions is required; most sessions are recorded for flexibility.

Who you are:
- Recent school leaver, graduate, or finalizing your degree by 2025; or a career changer interested in IT Networking
- Fluent in English and German
- Passionate about technology with a desire to learn and develop networking skills
- Willing to work from Germany upon program completion
