The Campaign Marketing Manager plays a key role in driving lead generation and revenue growth. This role requires an experienced digital marketer with a strong demand generation focus, skilled in crafting and executing multi-channel campaigns that move prospects and customers through the funnel and increase sales. The ideal candidate has a background in B2B or SaaS, expertise in sales and marketing automation tools, and a solid understanding of data-driven strategies, audience segmentation, and personalization.
This role involves partnering and aligning with global marketing teams to ensure campaigns support broader global marketing objectives while also tailoring strategies to the specific needs of Germany.
What you’ll do:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, create, and manage high-impact demand generation campaigns across multiple channels to align with persona profiles, sales objectives, and pipeline goals. Develop authentic content and promotions that resonate with audiences and drive conversion.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the broader marketing team and sales team to execute campaigns across email, paid media, organic channels, and more, ensuring alignment and maximizing engagement.
- Asset Development: Create and optimize landing pages, emails, and other marketing assets to support campaign goals.
- Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end project management for marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution and quality standards.
- Webinar Production: Oversee and contribute to the development and management of webinars.
- Website Management & SEO: Oversee the website content, ensuring it aligns with campaign goals and optimizes user experience. Implement SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Audience & Goal Definition: Clearly define target audiences, campaign objectives, and execution steps, while reporting on key performance metrics.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Regularly monitor and report on campaign and channel performance, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement and growth.
- Marketing Technologies Management: Oversee marketing technologies and processes, including database management, segmentation, analytics, and data cleansing.
What we are looking for:
- Fluency in English (operating in German).
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B/SaaS marketing, with a strong focus on demand generation.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing tools, including Adobe Experience Cloud, WordPress, Google Analytics, Eloqua, and Salesforce.
- A data-driven approach to marketing, with a solid understanding of lead generation, segmentation, and A/B testing.
