Overview
As a lead within the Frankfurt am Main office, you drive SPV and fund accounting for the Real Assets line and oversee client services to ensure accurate reporting and compliance. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services to complex fund structures, advancing operational excellence and client satisfaction. You will manage German regulatory requirements and payroll processes, shaping service delivery in a high-volume environment. This role offers the chance to influence governance and financial reporting for key clients in a global firm.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Manage a designated portfolio of clients and ensure timely, high-quality responses to queries
- Record accounting entries from German legal documents per German law
- Provide accurate, timely financial reporting including KAGB-related adjustments
- Serve as the primary contact for German-based clients and partners
- Take on directorships at client entities as needed
- Coordinate end-to-end payroll for client employees while safeguarding confidentiality
- Review and validate business reports for regulatory and contextual accuracy
- Engage with local providers (tax advisors, tax authorities) and review their outputs for client directors
- Periodically review transaction profiles and risk forms and update as needed
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Over 10 years of experience in international audit or accounting/services in finance or accounting
- Solid practical experience with German Investment Code (KAGB)
- Professional designation (CPA, CFA, CMA) is advantageous but not required
- Experience in Financial Services with high-volume operations; fund accounting or hedge funds is a plus
- Strong understanding of German payroll processes and related documentation
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
