Client Associate in Geneva

Overview In this Client Associate role you help support private banking clients and assist the Banker in developing relationships. You will handle documentation, client meetings, and data-driven analyses to deepen client engagement. The position emphasizes strong governance, KYC/AML compliance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth. You will engage in prospecting, profiling, and preparing reports to enable informed decisions. This is a gateway role with certification requirements aligned to regulatory standards. Verantwortungsbereiche Provide complete service support to clients, resolving complex inquiries Support documentation for account openings, closings, and loan disbursements Organize and document client/prospect meetings, including post-meeting notes and call records Assist bankers in profiling, qualifying, and converting prospects into Citi Private Bank clients Conduct deep-dive analyses to deepen existing client relationships Contribute to sales and marketing strategies to generate revenue growth with a focus on investments Assist in prospecting through research, lead generation, and coordinating client events Provide accurate revenue tracking and deal pipeline reporting to bankers Ensure complete and compliant KYC/AML documentation and client records Assess risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, policy, and ethical standards Participate in background checks and fit banking and credit products desirable Ability to manage relationships internally and externally; prioritization skills Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience Awareness of FCA/PRA Certification Regime and related fitness and propriety checks strong communication client-service orientation attention to detail investments knowledge KYC/AML documentation processes revenue tracking and deal pipeline reporting
