Senior Client Associate in Geneva

Overview In this role you support Citi Private Bank by providing comprehensive client service, data-driven insight, and proactive coordination with bankers. You will help qualify and convert prospects, deepen client relationships through analysis, and contribute to revenue growth strategies focused on investments. You operate within a regulated environment, emphasizing compliant client onboarding and documentation. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth processes and accurate reporting, making a measurable impact on client experience and business outcomes. Verantwortungsbereiche Provide complete service support to clients and resolve complex inquiries Support documentation processes for account openings, closures, and loan disbursals Organize client/prospect meetings, notes, and records; maintain call reports Assist Bankers in profiling, qualifying, and converting prospects into Citi Private Bank clients Assist in deepening existing client relationships through deep-dive analysis Contribute to sales and marketing strategies to generate revenue growth with a focus on investments Support prospecting activities: research, lead generation, referrals, and client events Provide accurate revenue tracking and deal pipeline reporting to the Banker Ensure KYC/AML documentation is complete and up-to-date Assess risk in business decisions, supporting governance, compliance, and ethical practices Escalate and report control issues transparently Zentrale Anforderungen 5-8 years of experience Knowledge of investments is required; banking and credit products desirable Ability to manage relationships both internal and external; Ability to prioritize Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience Certified Role under FCA and PRA Certification Regime awareness and compliance requirements strong communication and diplomacy leadership and coaching cross-functional collaboration investments knowledge KYC/AML documentation revenue tracking and deal pipeline reporting
