Overview In this role, you will support the Wealth Credit Services team by delivering critical control and portfolio reports, driving data quality initiatives, and steering strategic projects that inform senior leadership on the EMEA Wealth lending portfolio. You will collaborate across underwriting, technology, risk, and governance functions to ensure robust, auditable reporting. You’ll shape dashboards and automated solutions that enable timely, data-driven decisions. This is a high-visibility role at a leading financial institution with broad cross‑functional exposure. Verantwortungsbereiche Produce Control Reports, Portfolio Monitoring Reports, and KRI/KPI metrics for senior Portfolio and Product managers Coordinate reporting requirements with Underwriting, Technology, Operations, Risk, Data Governance, Finance, and Regulatory Reporting teams Validate and deliver data for regulatory submissions and data quality processes; resolve data issues Manage data requests for internal/external audits and data tracing across stakeholders Design and build dashboards and automated reporting with BI tools; lead user acceptance testing Identify and implement process improvements to streamline reporting workflows and controls Lead and contribute to strategic projects, working groups, and governance forums on reporting and data matters Draft and maintain procedures, standards, and controls documentation to ensure audit-ready processes Zentrale Anforderungen Solid knowledge of lending products and credit risk concepts in financial services Ability to construct insightful management reports, executive dashboards, and portfolio metrics using advanced Excel and BI tools with large datasets Advanced proficiency in Excel and programming languages for data analysis (Python, SQL, VBA), plus PowerPoint and Word Advanced skills in BI visualization tools, specifically Tableau and Cognos Experience leading strategic data projects within a large financial institution Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with independent resolution capability Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, or related quantitative field; English communication proficiency; Master's degree preferred Cross-functional collaboration Influence and stakeholder management Analytical thinking Excel (advanced) Python SQL
