Overview
In this role you build and apply financial models to support M&A and capital market transactions, advising Swiss corporates and financial sponsors. You collaborate with cross-functional banking teams to craft client-ready analyses and presentations, guiding the transaction lifecycle from due diligence to close. You contribute to client relationships and team development while operating in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. This position offers a hands-on platform to influence strategic outcomes and gain exposure across advisory domains.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Develop comprehensive financial models and valuation analyses for M&A, equity, and debt transactions to support strategic client advisory
- Create and prepare high-impact client presentations that analyse industry trends, assess financial situations, and recommend strategies to help clients achieve their goals
- Assist in managing the full transaction lifecycle, including leading due diligence processes and coordinating with advisors
- Play a key role in developing and strengthening client relationships, participating in advisory teams, and ensuring effective communication throughout transaction processes
- Contribute to the firm's apprenticeship culture by actively training, mentoring, and guiding the professional development of our analysts and interns
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Econometrics, or Science preferred
- Proven experience covering Swiss corporates is highly desirable
- Experience in corporate valuation and complex financial analyses
- Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
