The Operations Specialist & Customer Care role is essential to ensuring tenants enjoy a smooth, pleasant experience that keeps them returning, exploring other City Pop locations, and leaving positive reviews.

With a friendly, solution-oriented approach, the team manages all tenant communications, assists during check-ins, and resolves issues promptly. They also ensure every Pop is well maintained — from cleaning standards and inventory to minor repairs and renovations.

Beyond daily operations, the team contributes to City Pop\’s growth by participating in cross-functional projects to improve processes and products.

General requirements:

Outstanding communication skills verbal & written.

Experience in hospitality & Customer Care as a plus.

–

Good level of English & German, other languages as a plus.

–

Open-minded & pro-active attitude (towards tenant\’s & other colleagues).

Team player but also able to work independently.

Main missions & duties

Tenant Support: Handle all tenant communications across multiple channels, assist during check-ins, and resolve issues promptly.

Property Maintenance Oversight: Ensure cleaning standards, manage inventory replacements, and coordinate minor repairs or renovations.

Experience Enhancement: Maintain a smooth and pleasant stay for tenants to encourage repeat bookings and positive reviews.

Cross-Functional Contribution: Participate in projects to improve processes, services, and overall tenant experience.

Regular transfers to Bern (weekly-basis).
