As Regional HR Manager - Europe, you will partner closely with regional leadership, HQ HR, and local stakeholders to align people strategies, policies, and HR practices across Germany, Hungary, the UK, and other European entities.

The role combines strategic business partnership with hands-on responsibility for HR operations, organizational and workforce planning, regional talent acquisition, leadership onboarding, employee relations, and labour compliance.

You will help build consistent and scalable HR practices that support commercial expansion, manufacturing growth, and long-term organizational development across the region.

  • [What you do]
  • 1. Regional HQ Governance & Business Partnership
  • Implement and align HR governance, policies, and core processes across European entities (Germany, Hungary, UK, etc.), ensuring consistency, transparency, and alignment with HQ standards
  • Act as a strategic HR partner to Europe leadership, aligning people strategies with rapid commercial expansion and manufacturing scale-up plans.
  • Maintain strong, collaborative working relationships with HQ HR, regional leadership, and key stakeholders across Europe, ensuring proactive communication and effective alignment across the region.
  • 2. HR Operations & Organizational Scale-up
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle across European entities, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring effective and consistent HR operations throughout.
  • Support workforce planning, compensation budgeting, payroll coordination, and overall HR cost management across the region.
  • Drive organizational design and workforce planning during critical growth phases (manufacturing expansion, commercial and R&D growth, etc.) while advising leadership on role clarity, cross-border operations, and change management.
  • 3. Regional Talent Management & Development
  • Lead regional recruitment strategies for critical roles, partnering with regional leadership and HQ HR to attract, assess, and secure high-impact talent.
  • Drive the onboarding and early-stage integration of new leaders, helping them establish role clarity, organizational alignment, etc.
  • Strengthen HR capabilities across Europe through coaching, knowledge sharing, and the continuous improvement of local HR practices.
  • 4. Labour Compliance & Employee Relations
  • Oversee regional labour compliance and Employee Relations across European entities.
  • Advise manufacturing and regional leaders on labour matters, workplace policies, employee concerns, and the effective resolution of employee relations issues.
  • Partner effectively with external labour counsel and HR service providers to ensure local compliance and manage complex labour and employee relations matters.
  • [What We're Looking For]
  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Regional or multi-country HR experience is preferred.
  • Business-level proficiency in English is required; proficiency in German is a strong advantage.
  • Solid working knowledge of European labor law frameworks, with strong hands-on experience in Germany; exposure to Eastern Europe manufacturing environments is a strong plus.
  • Proven HR leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, with strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to engage credibly across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence change, and act as a trusted advisor during periods of growth and transformation.
  • Proactive, structured, and business-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in standard office software and HR systems.
