Product Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

• Establish mid‑ and long‑term strategies and plans for a designated category
• Develop and implement strategies that resonate with the target market and customers
• Analyze competitors and consumer insights to provide clear product direction
• Lead new product launching projects from the laboratory to the market, aligning with related value chains (Global CJ HQ, APAC‑EU, R&D, Sales, QM, SCM, Procurement, Production, etc.)
• Execute the launching process: create the product concept, pricing, consumer test, artwork, design review, product specification checks, and volume estimation as a category leader
• Build and examine category portfolio and profitability

Qualifications

• A strong passion for foods (especially Asian cuisine) or the FMCG industry
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of professional experience in marketing, sales, or business development (preferably in the FMCG industry)
• Ideally, a good understanding of the retail business
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving internal and external environment
• Fluency in Korean and English; proficiency in an additional European language is preferred
