Ihre Rolle in unserem Team:
Program & Business Leadership
- Define and execute the growth strategy for the short-term rental business
- Set clear performance targets and ensure sustainable, profitable growth
Operational & Financial Steering
- Oversee rental operations and ensure high service quality and asset utilization
- Define and track KPIs to improve performance across markets
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the rental program
Stakeholder & Network Management
- Align closely with Controlling, Finance, Marketing and Sales Management
- Collaborate with local wholesale hubs to ensure seamless execution
- Strengthen and develop the CLAAS sales partner network
Risk & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Proactively identify and mitigate operational and financial risks
Ihr Profil:
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Financial and KPI-driven approach. Ability to independently prepare reports and derive actionable insights
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and cultures
- Experience in the agricultural machinery industry is desirable
- Fluent English (German or French is a plus)
- Willingness to occasionally travel across Europe
