Team Lead Supply Planning (m / f / d)

• Execute and ensure the supply chain strategy for production and material planning
• Lead the hiring, training and monitoring, as well as the mentoring and performance evaluation of supply planners and call-off functions
• Focus on the supply chain process to promote customer service
• Identify potential projects to standardize and implement best practices for procurement planning processes, people and tools
• Ensure continuous improvement projects are successfully implemented across the procurement planning organization
• Encourage the team to independently identify root causes of disruptions to improve customer service
• Ensure that the execution planning team supports the agreed service levels of stakeholders across the supply chain

Requirements

• Degree in supply chain management or 5+ years of experience in a global business environment in a supply chain role
• 3+ years in a leadership position
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Business fluent in German and English (written and verbal)
• Good system knowledge of SAP APO (SNP, PPDS)
• Experience in building system capabilities, measuring performance and developing planning organizations
• Ability to drive cross-functional change management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Willing to travel approx. 10 – 20%
