As Senior IT Service Operations Manager (m/f/d) you will lead IT Service Operations across EMEA with a clear mandate: restore execution discipline, strengthen manager effectiveness, and improve employee engagement while maintaining operational stability. This role goes beyond traditional IT Service Management.
