About the Role:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist , you will support businesses in optimizing their digital advertising campaigns , helping them achieve their marketing and sales objectives . You will work closely with clients, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement tailored digital marketing strategies
• Provide performance-driven recommendations to maximize ROI
• Engage with clients via phone, video calls, and email to build strong relationships
• Work towards achieving key performance metrics and sales targets

What Were Looking For:

• Fluent German (C1+) and proficiency in English
• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
• Experience (6-12 months) in digital advertising, PPC campaigns, or outbound sales (preferred)
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Passion for digital marketing, technology, and continuous learning

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary: 24,310 30,000 gross per year (based on experience)
• Performance bonus package: Up to 3,000 – 4,290 gross annually
• Hybrid work model: Based in Barcelona
• Relocation package: Includes flight ticket, one-month accommodation , and health insurance support
• Permanent contract with a full-time schedule (Monday to Friday, 39h/week)
