We specialize in particle contamination control, visual inspection qualification, and advanced analytical services. /p pTo support the expansion of our visual inspection test set manufacturing team, we are looking for an experienced scientist to contribute to our test set manufacturing operations. /p pbAbout the Position /b /p pbLocation: /b Basel, Switzerland (Rosental area), on site /p pbStart Date: /b as soon as possible /p pbEmployment Rate: /b 100% (permanent position) /p h3Tasks /h3 pbYour Responsibilities: /b /p ul liManufacturing of visual inspection test sets according to established procedures and manufacturing instructions. /li liPrepare primary packaging components, formulations, solutions, suspensions, and other materials required for test set manufacturing. /li liPerform established lyophilization, filling, sealing, packaging preparation, and particle or defect incorporation procedures. /li liManufacture reference samples containing defined particle and defect types according to approved procedures and specifications. /li liPerform visual inspection, sorting, classification, and documentation of manufactured samples. /li liSupport the assembly and preparation of complete visual inspection test sets. /li liOperate laboratory and manufacturing equipment according to established SOPs and work instructions. /li liAccurately document manufacturing activities, observations, results, deviations, and material usage in accordance with the quality system. /li liMaintain manufacturing materials, reference particles, consumables, equipment, and laboratory work areas. /li liSupport investigation and resolution of routine manufacturing deviations and technical issues together with senior scientists and project leads. /li liContribute to the reliable and timely execution of manufacturing projects for pharmaceutical and biotech clients. /li liWork closely with colleagues from visual inspection, particle characterization, quality, and project management. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pbYour Profile /b /p ul liBsc or apprenticeship in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. /li liRelevant experience in pharmaceutical process development, manufacturing, formulation, lyophilization, primary packaging, or visual inspection. /li liExperience developing and implementing practical manufacturing procedures. /li liAbility to work independently while supporting a multidisciplinary manufacturing team. /li liStructured working style with strong documentation /li liInnovative and hands‑on mindset with an interest in developing new technical solutions. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liWork in an innovative and growing laboratory serving leading pharmaceutical and biotech clients. /li liThe opportunity to develop novel manufacturing technologies for visual inspection reference standards. /li liCareer growth opportunities in a fast‑paced and impact‑driven company. /li liA collaborative team environment with flat hierarchies and direct involvement in technical decision‑making. /li liCompetitive salary and benefits package. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
