To support our expanding visual inspection services, we are looking for a Visual Inspection Program Manager to oversee project execution, resource planning, and client interactions.

Aufgaben Your Responsibilities:
End-to-end project management for visual inspection programs
Shaping the strategic vision of the Visual Inspection business unit, identifying growth opportunities and service innovations.
Resource planning and oversight of ongoing visual inspection projects
Study setup for visual inspection projects, including protocol development, execution, and documentation.
Client and strategic partner communication, ensuring alignment with project goals
Continuous improvement of workflows and methodologies to enhance Clear Solutions’ visual inspection service offerings.
Qualifikation Your Profile
MSc or BSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related field.
Understanding of visual inspection processes, regulatory expectations, and pharmaceutical manufacturing
Experience in project management, resource allocation, and client communication.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strategic mindset with a passion for business development and innovation.
