CLEEVEN is a European consulting company founded around two core convictions:European engineering excellence should be a driver of global competitiveness.Our mission is to support our consultants in their professional and personal development.We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Conversational AI and Voicebot projects to support the design and implementation of AI-powered customer interaction solutions.Project Context:Our client is developing new AI-driven conversational solutions, including voicebots and chatbots, to improve customer interactions and automate selected processes.The objective is to identify relevant business use cases, translate them into clear functional requirements and support the implementation of reliable, intuitive and scalable conversational solutions.You will act as the key interface between business stakeholders, customer experience teams and technical experts.Your Responsibilities:Gather, analyse and challenge business requirements for Voicebot and Conversational AI solutionsIdentify and prioritise relevant automation and customer interaction use casesDesign conversation flows, user journeys and functional specificationsTranslate business needs into requirements understandable by technical and AI teamsSupport the definition of integrations with existing applications, APIs and backend systemsContribute to solution design together with architects, developers and AI specialistsSupport implementation, testing, UAT and go-live activitiesAnalyse conversation performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvementCoordinate stakeholders across business and IT teamsEnsure that the proposed solution delivers measurable business and customer valueKey Skills:Strong experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or Product OwnerPrevious hands-on experience with Voicebot or Conversational AI projectsGood understanding of conversational design and automated customer interactionsAbility to understand technical concepts such as:Speech-to-Text / Text-to-SpeechNLU / NLP / LLM-based solutionsAPIs and system integrationsContact centre and telephony environmentsExperience writing functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteriaStrong analytical and stakeholder management skillsExperience supporting testing and implementation phasesAbility to communicate effectively with both business and technical teamsProfile:Several years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership or Functional ConsultingProven experience delivering at least one Voicebot or Conversational AI solutionBusiness-oriented while being able to challenge technical teamsFluent professional EnglishGerman is a strong advantageExperience in insurance, banking or another regulated environment would be an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
