Mission Context
We are looking for an experienced Senior PLM Project Manager to support the final stage of a major Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) transformation program
The project is entering its last six months and focuses on successfully completing the migration to a new PLM platform while ensuring business continuity and user adoption
You will act as the key interface between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving project execution and ensuring all deliverables are completed according to timeline, quality and business expectations
Mission Objectives
Lead the final phase of the PLM migration program and ensure successful delivery
Coordinate business and technical workstreams across multiple stakeholders
Ensure readiness for deployment, cutover and post-go-live activities
Manage risks, dependencies and project milestones
Challenge and optimize business processes impacted by the new PLM solution
Coordinate testing activities, defect management and user acceptance phases
Drive change management and support end-user adoption
Monitor project governance, reporting and communication activities
Ensure alignment between business requirements and PLM capabilities
Key Skills
Proven experience leading large-scale PLM implementation or migration projects
Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management processes and methodologies
Solid understanding of business processes impacted by PLM solutions
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in complex environments
Strong project governance, risk management and stakeholder management skills
Ability to bridge business and technical teams and challenge existing processes
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Nice to Have
Experience within FMCG environments
Experience with Product Data Management (PDM), Product Information Management (PIM) or Master Data initiatives
Exposure to packaging, formulation, product development or manufacturing processes
Experience with leading PLM solutions such as Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE, PTC Windchill or similar platforms
Profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field
8+ years of experience in Project Management and business transformation programs
Demonstrated experience delivering PLM initiatives from design to deployment
