About the Role
Join the commercial team at an industrial energy software company focused on battery storage. You will build customer relationships and guide customers through onboarding and ongoing engagement, helping ensure they receive lasting value while contributing insights about the product and energy market.
What You'll Do

Build and manage relationships with new customers, establishing a strong foundation for long-term partnerships.

Own the customer lifecycle from onboarding through continued engagement, supporting customer satisfaction and value realization.

Develop a deep understanding of the product, customer needs, and energy markets to inform commercial strategy and decisions.
What We're Looking For

At least 2 years of experience in business-facing roles.

Native German language skills and fluent English.

Strong communication and relationship-management skills, with confidence owning customer relationships and driving outcomes.

Ability to develop useful product, market, and customer insights.

Some experience with energy markets or a genuine interest in the sector.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary range: €70,000 to €100,000. Visa sponsorship is available.

On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
