About the Role
We're a fast-growing, Y Combinator-backed AI SaaS startup (W25 batch) automating sales operations — quoting, pricing, and order management — for distributors and manufacturers in sectors like construction supply, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Our AI-powered platform eliminates repetitive back-office tasks and dramatically accelerates sales cycles for mid-market B2B customers.
We're looking for our first Senior Business Development Representative to own outbound growth from the ground up. You'll be a key early hire, working side-by-side with the founding team to build and scale the top-of-funnel engine. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, early-stage environment. Visa sponsorship is available.
What You'll Do
Own the full prospecting cycle — from identifying potential leads to engaging and converting them via phone, email, and social media
Work directly with the CEO on high-impact sales initiatives
Experiment with and implement new inbound and outbound lead generation strategies
Develop deep product, market, and customer understanding to craft tailored pitches and close deals
Conduct in-depth market research to identify and prioritize target accounts
Create and refine sales materials, scripts, and outreach templates; lead internal knowledge sharing
Engage with prospects daily, build strong relationships, and feed market insights back to the product team
What We're Looking For
Must-haves:
Native German speaker — essential for engaging with the target market
2+ years of experience in sales, with a strong preference for B2B SaaS or tech environments
Proven experience with multi-channel outbound prospecting and closing (phone, email, social)
Proficiency with CRM and outbound prospecting tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Nice to have:
Experience delivering tailored pitches to C-level executives
Ability to conduct market research to identify target accounts and refine outreach strategies
Ambition, resilience, and a genuine enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced startup environment
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $50,000 – $100,000 per year (depending on experience)

Location
This is a fully on-site role based in Munich, Germany. You'll be working in-person with the founding team on a daily basis.
