About the Role

This is a high-ownership, high-impact role at the intersection of product, growth, and operations — sitting inside a small, founder-led team building an AI-powered Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) platform for mid-sized industrial enterprises. You'll design and ship product-led acquisition strategies that create durable, compounding growth for industrial procurement.

You'll move quickly from hypothesis to prototype to scale, owning growth loops end-to-end while contributing to company strategy. Expect to spend roughly ~20% of your time on strategy with founders and ~80% executing independently. This is not a committee role — extreme ownership is the expectation.

The company is a well-funded (Series A/B stage) B2B SaaS scaleup based in Munich, backed by top-tier European and global investors, serving 100+ enterprise customers across the DACH region and beyond.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and build the next compounding growth loop (e.g., supplier referrals, community effects, embedded workflows) end-to-end.

  • Own organic acquisition through technical SEO and AI-search (GEO) infrastructure to convert procurement queries into pipeline.

  • Concept and ship product-led wedges that drive user acquisition without proportional sales effort.

  • Run rapid 0-to-1 cycles: whiteboard → prototype → validate → scale — and pivot decisively when needed.

  • Build and own growth roadmaps with full accountability for outcomes.

  • Operate with founder-level pace and ambiguity, finding solutions without waiting for permission.

  • Contribute to a collaborative, ego-free team culture that raises overall performance.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves (dealbreakers):

  • Ability to work on-site in Munich at least 4 days per week.

  • 3+ years in growth or strategy roles with a track record of delivering zero-to-one growth loops and scalable growth initiatives.

  • Experience owning end-to-end growth roadmaps and executing autonomously.

  • Fluency in both German and English.

Required skills & experience:

  • Hands-on experience building organic acquisition strategies, including technical SEO and AI-search (GEO) infrastructure.

  • Demonstrated ability to prototype, validate, and scale ideas quickly (whiteboard → prototype → validation → scale).

  • Experience leading product-led growth (PLG) initiatives and launching product experiences that drive user acquisition.

  • Background in B2B SaaS growth within industrial procurement or a similar enterprise procurement domain.

  • Proven zero-to-one growth project experience in VC-backed startups or high-growth environments.

  • Experience building growth loops from scratch (supplier referrals, community effects, embedded workflows) and scaling them into durable pipelines.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with the DACH regional market and AI-first platform dynamics.

  • Ambition to found a company someday — we love backing future founders.

  • Prior experience at a consulting firm (e.g., BCG, KPMG, PwC) combined with startup scaling experience is a strong signal.

Location

  • Munich, Bavaria, Germany — on-site, 4+ days per week in the office.
