This is a temporary mission offering real long-term hiring prospects. Within the Finance department, you will work autonomously on accounting activities and actively participate in the smooth running of the department.In this capacity, you will notably be required to:- Ensure general accounting up to periodic closings.- Participate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.- Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and ensure their accuracy.- Monitor and track supplier invoices as well as their reconciliation with purchase orders.- Monitor customer down payments and ensure their follow-up.- Participate in the preparation of internal and external audits.- Collaborate with the various entities of the group on financial and accounting aspects.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting procedures and processes.- Participate in financial reporting and performance analysis.- Ensure the complete management of the accounting of a foreign entity.Profile:- Federal Diploma of Specialist in Finance and Accounting or equivalent qualification.- Confirmed experience of at least 6 years in a similar function.- Solid knowledge of Swiss accounting and experience within an international or multi-company environment.- Excellent command of French and very good level of English, both oral and written.- Very good command of Excel and ease with accounting software and ERP (knowledge of ProConcept is an asset).- Rigorous, autonomous person, endowed with an excellent analytical mind.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.We offer:- A mission within a renowned company.- A varied position offering real responsibilities.- A dynamic work environment.- A temporary mission with a real perspective of permanent hiring.- Immediate start.Do you wish to join a company where your accounting expertise will be fully valued?
