Overview
In this role you will design and build AI-powered features across ClickHouse Cloud, from backend inference services to intuitive UI. You will connect the database capabilities with AI/ML systems, and ensure production readiness with monitoring and observability. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate models and deliver scalable AI-enabled capabilities. This is a hands-on, production-first role at a fast-growing, globally distributed company.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Design and implement AI-powered features across the full stack (backend to frontend) within ClickHouse Cloud
- Build robust, scalable APIs connecting database capabilities with AI/ML inference systems
- Implement and maintain integrations with the broader AI/ML ecosystem and standards
- Integrate models into production systems with monitoring, versioning, and observability
- Participate in daytime on-call rotation
- Develop responsive, user-friendly UI/UX for AI features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value to users
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 5+ years of software engineering experience in production environments
- Exposure to working directly with AI/ML technologies
- Backend development experience in TypeScript or Python with API design focus
- Strong ownership and ability to drive features end-to-end with minimal supervision
- Effective communication of technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
