Overview
In this role you help customers in Germany unlock ClickHouse for real-time analytics and cloud-native workloads. You’ll translate complex requirements into scalable architectures and guide stakeholders from executives to data scientists. You act as a trusted advisor, evangelizing ClickHouse to drive adoption and strategic commitments. You shape customer value through PoCs, reference implementations, and initiatives that transform data into actionable insights.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable solution designs (architecture, migrations, workflows, data visualization).
- Collaborate with stakeholders across levels to enable customer success.
- Advocate ClickHouse capabilities, drive adoption, and secure strategic commitments.
- Apply a solution-based approach to demonstrate and deliver customer value.
- Lead initiatives turning raw data into actionable insights aligned with business outcomes.
- Develop proofs of concept and reference implementations to accelerate customer adoption.

- 5+ years of experience with open source software business models; strong proficiency in cloud and infrastructure technologies.
