Legal Project Management (LPM)
We have a market‑leading Legal Project Management team that is integral to the firm’s growth strategy. As a Legal Project Manager you will be embedded within one of our Global Business Units and collaborate with client teams to deliver high‑end, complex legal advice.
Responsibilities
- Record time on client matters and track workstreams with partners, lawyers and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor resources, manage budgets, and integrate innovative solutions into large projects.
- Co‑ordinate partner and junior counsel activities, ensuring efficient use of legal tech tools and processes.
- Support budget planning, monitoring and reporting on projects, and prepare project initiation documents.
- Continue developing new ideas and expertise in an evolving legal market.
- Deliver presentations, facilitate workshops and support client pitch teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred law or business administration).
- Experience in project management or the legal sector, ideally with a professional services firm.
- Project management certification or programme advantageous.
- Strong analytical, structured approach and excellent time‑management skills.
- Proficient in English; good German and excellent MS Office (especially Excel) skills required.
