Legal Project Management (LPM)

We have a market‑leading Legal Project Management team that is integral to the firm’s growth strategy. As a Legal Project Manager you will be embedded within one of our Global Business Units and collaborate with client teams to deliver high‑end, complex legal advice.

Responsibilities

• Record time on client matters and track workstreams with partners, lawyers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor resources, manage budgets, and integrate innovative solutions into large projects.
• Co‑ordinate partner and junior counsel activities, ensuring efficient use of legal tech tools and processes.
• Support budget planning, monitoring and reporting on projects, and prepare project initiation documents.
• Continue developing new ideas and expertise in an evolving legal market.
• Deliver presentations, facilitate workshops and support client pitch teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred law or business administration).
• Experience in project management or the legal sector, ideally with a professional services firm.
• Project management certification or programme advantageous.
• Strong analytical, structured approach and excellent time‑management skills.
• Proficient in English; good German and excellent MS Office (especially Excel) skills required.
