You will work in an interdisciplinary manner with other occupational health and safety specialists such as occupational therapists, infection control nurses, the safety officer, as well as human resources and management, and will be responsible for coordinating all related activities.Specifically, your main responsibilities will be as follows:- Organize and ensure the implementation of the health policy at work.- Put in place and/or maintain working conditions that allow staff to remain healthy by promoting their physical, mental, and social well-being.- Inform staff and assist department managers in matters of occupational health and safety.- In collaboration with the MSST manager, identify health risks to which staff are exposed and keep them informed.- Provide advice for the prevention of professional and non-professional accidents through awareness campaigns.- Collaborate with the human resources department in the context of absence management by implementing measures that favor a return to work.- Participate as a member of the internal commission for the H+ MSST industry solution in collaboration with other specialists in the field in order to conduct an optimal occupational health and safety policy in compliance with legal provisions.REQUIRED PROFILE- Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in a position related to occupational health, preferably within a healthcare establishment.- Postgraduate certificate in Occupational Health (CAS) or equivalent.- Organized, rigorous, flexible, and invested in your role, you enjoy evolving in a demanding and motivating environment that requires autonomy while remaining in constant interaction with staff.- Dynamic and enthusiastic with great listening skills and the ability to unite department heads and specialists around key projects.WE OFFERIn addition to a workplace in the heart of Lausanne, you will join a dynamic team that looks forward to welcoming you within a human-sized structure.
