Medical Radiology Technician (MRT) 80 - 100%
The main duties of this role are: Perform diagnostic imaging on all devices in the department: MRI, CT, X-ray, mammography, DEXA. Produce diagnostic quality images. Follow medical protocols and comply with dosimetry and radioprotection safety standards. Manage patients holistically in collaboration with doctors. Prepare and position patients for examinations (insertion of venous access, injection of contrast agent under the responsibility of the radiologist, preparation of various sterile sets…). Monitor various medical imaging protocols and evaluate the images obtained. Archive and bill examinations and used materials (RIS and PACS). Provide medical assistance in interventional radiology (puncture, biopsy, infiltration under fluoroscopy, CT and ultrasound). Monitor patient reactions.
Desired profile: Hold a MRT diploma or an equivalent recognised by the Swiss Red Cross. Have several years of experience in a similar role. Experience in MRI, preferably with expertise in cardiac MRI. Experience in CT scanning, preferably with Siemens equipment. Possess strong IT skills. Have excellent command of French, both spoken and written. Demonstrate strong team spirit and mutual support. Actively contribute to maintaining a collaborative, respectful work environment focused on excellence in care. Be proactive, able to take initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of practices. Show a strong sense of responsibility and organisation.
