Job Description
- Participate in patient care under the supervision of nurses and assist them in daily living activities to help them regain their autonomy. - Ensure effective and personalised communication with patients - Actively collaborate within a multidisciplinary team - Perform various logistical and administrative tasks - Participate in the continuous improvement of the processes in which you are involved - Transport patients between care units and the operating theatre as well as back to their rooms - Manage radiology examinations - Ensure patient safety - Manage the stock of pre-analytical materials and deliver analyses - Support other departments in various diverse tasks
Qualifications
- Hold a CRS auxiliary diploma or equivalent training - Strong professional conscience, motivation, flexibility and dynamism - Ability to integrate into a group and team spirit - Ability to manage stress - Interpersonal and social skills - Sense of responsibility and initiative - Open and dynamic personality - Flexibility and autonomy - Organisational skills and ability to work independently - Knowledge of English is an asset
