Job Description
The versatile nurse on a fixed-term contract may work in various departments (medicine, surgery, emergency, etc.) according to the needs of the establishment. Their duties are generally the same as those of a permanent nurse, but with a dimension of rapid adaptation as they may be required to change departments.

1. Patient care
2. Monitoring and safety
3. Organisation and coordination
4. Interpersonal relations and support
5. Adaptability
- Integrate quickly into a department they may not always know.
- Be capable of adapting to different audiences
- Respond to the establishment's occasional needs (covering for a colleague, reinforcement during peak activity).
