Operating Theatre and Care Manager (100%)
Your mission Reporting to the Management, you ensure the management, organisation and development of the following sectors: Operating theatre Sterilisation Day and inpatient accommodation unit You guarantee the quality and safety of care, coordinate the nursing teams and actively participate in the strategic development of the establishment.
Your main responsibilities Ensure the smooth running of the operating theatre and coordinate activities with surgeons, anaesthetists and internal services. Supervise, support and develop the nursing teams. Oversee sterilisation and accommodation units. Guarantee the quality, safety and compliance of care. Participate in the development and updating of institutional procedures. Organise schedules and optimise human and material resources. Contribute to quality development in accordance with the requirements of the quality agreement (CQ) and art.58a LAMal. Monitor quality indicators, ANQ measures and Swissnoso. Ensure management of equipment, orders and stocks. Work closely with Management, HR, accounting and various internal and external partners. Your profile IDDO or IBODE diploma. Training in sterilisation (minimum level 1). Proven experience in managing an operating theatre. Experience in team management. Proficiency in IT tools, especially Word and Excel. Knowledge of OPALE software. English level B1, an advantage. Your qualities Ability to lead a team and organisational skills. Ability to unite and motivate teams. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Sense of responsibility, rigour and autonomy. Ability to manage complex situations and emergencies. Initiative and quality orientation.
