Its small size allows it to offer a personalized welcome and care.We are looking for a:Operating Room and Nursing Manager (100%)Reporting to Management, you will ensure the management, organization, and development of the following sectors: Operating Room and day hospitalization, and you will guarantee the quality and safety of care, coordinate the nursing teams, and actively participate in the development of the institution.Main responsibilities:- Ensure the proper functioning of the operating room and coordinate activity with surgeons, anesthetists, and internal departments.- Supervise, support, and develop nursing teams.- Supervise the operating room and accommodation units.- Guarantee the quality, safety, and compliance of care.- Participate in the creation and updating of institutional procedures.- Organize schedules and optimize human resources and contribute to quality development in accordance with the requirements of the quality convention (CQ) and the LAMal.- Ensure the monitoring of quality indicators, ANQ, and Swissnoso measures.- Oversee the management of equipment, orders, and stocks.- Collaborate closely with Management, HR, accounting, and various internal and external partners.Profile:- IDDO diploma or equivalent (minimum level 1).- Confirmed experience in managing an operating room and in team management.- Mastery of office tools, particularly Word and Excel.- Knowledge of the OPALE software.- English level B1, an asset.Qualities:- Ability to supervise a team and sense of leadership to unite and motivate teams.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Sense of responsibility, rigor, and autonomy.- Ability to manage complex situations and prioritize quality.We offer:- A position of responsibility within a dynamic, human-sized clinic.- A permanent activity in a dynamic establishment, whose activities are in full development.- Great diversity in surgical activities.- Regulated hours, without on-call duty on weekends or at night.- A pleasant working environment where the safety and well-being of our staff is at the center of our concerns.Start date: as soon as possibleInterested persons are invited to send their complete application file (CV, cover letter, diplomas, certificates of training, and work certificates) to:HR Department – Clinique de la PlaineWithout a response from us within three weeks, please consider that your application has not been selected. jidc6831dfaen jit0727aen jpiy26aen
