Identity & Access Management Consultant (m/f/d)

Location: Düsseldorf (Hybrid, 2-3 days/week in office)

Are you a seasoned IAM professional passionate about shaping robust identity solutions? We are seeking a dedicated German-speaking IAM Consultant to join our permanent team in Düsseldorf. You'll be instrumental in developing and implementing cutting-edge identity and access management strategies for our diverse client base.

Your Contribution:

• Capture and analyze complex IAM requirements, translating them into actionable solutions.
• Architect and design innovative IAM frameworks, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners.
• Oversee and coordinate external solution providers to ensure seamless development and delivery.
• Provide expert consultation and support to clients on user and authorization management best practices.
• Create comprehensive documentation for requirements, designs, and implemented solutions.
• Engage with interdisciplinary teams to drive synergistic outcomes.

What You Bring:

• A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Profound expertise in Identity and Access Management principles and practices.
• Demonstrated experience in the end-to-end development and implementation of IAM solutions.
• Strong understanding of standard IT interfaces, particularly SAP and Active Directory.
• Practical experience leveraging APIs for system integration.
• Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
• A self-driven and proactive approach to your work.
