Must Haves:

• Deep Expertise in SAP FICO within S/4HANA: Proven experience with Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules in an S/4HANA environment, including hands-on design, configuration, and end-to-end process integration.
• Strategic Process Design & Stakeholder Management: Ability to translate complex finance requirements into scalable solutions, while engaging confidently with senior stakeholders across business and IT functions.
• Fluent German and Fluent English language skills

Nice to Haves:

• Strong Understanding of Retail Finance Operations: Solid grasp of retail-specific finance processes such as margin analysis, inventory valuation, payment processes, and intercompany transactions — with the ability to challenge and optimize them.
