Overview
In this role you lead the European arm of a global technology services firm, owning the P&L and driving growth across all service lines. You will shape Europe’s go-to-market strategy, build strong executive relationships, and develop a high-performance team. You’ll monitor market dynamics to inform propositions and M&A considerations, while strengthening competitive positioning. This is a board‑level, impact‑driven leadership role in a fast‑growing, cross‑cultural environment.

- Set and execute the Europe go-to-market strategy
- Own P&L across all service lines and regions in Europe

- General management experience at scale (US$100m+) within Europe

- History of building people and capability in a high-growth environment
- Strong commercial acumen and executive presence; able to operate in a matrix organisation and across cultures
