Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP FICO module implementations, configurations, and support, as well as a deep understanding of financial and controlling processes within business environments. This role involves collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, design solutions, and ensure the effective implementation of SAP FICO to optimize financial operations.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, IFRS/GAAP standards, and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience with integration between FICO and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support end-to-end implementation of SAP FICO modules, including system configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Configure and maintain SAP FICO components, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
• Customize SAP functionality to align with business requirements and processes.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand financial and controlling processes, gather requirements, and provide insights into best practices.
• Analyze business requirements and design SAP FICO solutions to improve financial reporting, cost control, and overall operational efficiency.
• Conduct testing (Unit, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing) to validate SAP FICO functionality and performance.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO issues, ensuring resolution within defined timelines.
• Train end-users and internal teams on SAP FICO modules and updates, ensuring knowledge transfer and system proficiency.
• Support project management efforts by providing project status updates, timelines, and deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to optimize SAP FICO processes, controls, and system performance.
