Lead Application Development Engineer

Your mission

We want to expand our team for the optimization of existing as well as the development of new applications remotely in Germany. You want to help shaping the web version of our management solution? Then you are exactly right with us.

1. Being part of the team building our innovative Scout Enterprise web application
2. Developing backends with Node.js and MongoDB
3. Frontend development with React and Redux
4. Optimizing the application for high performance, resilience and clustering
5. Realization of sophisticated applications and services in agile development environment
6. Performing requirements engineering and designing architecture and UI components
7. Being the contact person for technical issues and in charge of the decision-making regarding specific components

Your profile

1. University degree in computer science, electrical engineering, physics, mathematics or completed training as an IT specialist
2. Several years of experience as a full stack developer with Javascript
3. Experience with MongoDB or MS SQL Server
4. Knowledge in Linux and git
5. Analytical and conceptual skills helping to independently familiarize yourself with new topics and develop solutions
6. Good German skills and good English skills (spoken and written)
