Solution Architect

The Citrix Solution Architect is pivotal in designing and implementing Citrix solutions that drive our client\’s business transformation. The successful candidate will assess business requirements, design architectures, and provide guidance on best practices and execution plans. The role requires a passion for bridging business needs with technical solutions to ensure optimal alignment.

About This Team:

The Citrix Solution Architects team is part of the Citrix business unit within Cloud Software Group. They provide expert guidance to customers, helping leverage Citrix technology to create value. Travel up to 50% is required, and a flexible work environment is offered to balance professional and personal commitments.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement tailored Citrix solutions based on client requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders to assess needs and recommend architectures.
• Provide technical leadership and collaborate with account teams during client engagements.
• Develop strategies to optimize existing Citrix deployments.
• Ensure solutions comply with security and regulatory standards.
• Identify risks and design mitigation strategies.
• Work with security and infrastructure teams for secure and efficient integration.
• Share lessons learned and best practices with enablement teams.

Experience & Skills:

• Understanding of Citrix and related technologies.
• Client-facing or consultative experience.
• Proven ability to design and implement Citrix solutions.
• Interest in cloud transformation and its business impact.
• Knowledge of DaaS/VDI, Secure Access, Enterprise Mobility Management, Networking, Observability.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and integrations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand and articulate technical solutions and business cases.
• Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise applications.
• Ability to work independently and in matrixed organizations.
• Willingness to travel within the territory.
• Innovative, business-minded, and design-driven.
