You will act as a primary advisor, shaping organizational design and workforce strategy while navigating the complexities of a fast-growing global company.

What you'll do

• Advise R&D executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure, and succession strategy.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and create predictive solutions for organizational challenges.
• Manage teams through periods of significant scaling and structural evolution while maintaining high engagement.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to develop initiatives for performance management, talent development, and compensation.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience within a People or HR function.
• 3+ years of experience operating as a principal business partner for complex, high-velocity corporate departments.
• Proven ability to build enterprise-grade programs from the ground up.
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale change initiatives within ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide radical candor to executive leadership.

Compensation varies by location

• San Francisco Bay Area: $187,000 - $257,000 annual salary.
• NYC, Washington, and California (excluding Bay Area): $178,000 - $245,000 annual salary.
• Colorado: $162,000 - $223,000 annual salary.

These ranges include on-target incentive compensation under the Sales Compensation Plan.

• The role is eligible for equity participation and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and flexible time off.
