It’s a difference that impacts businesses and society alike and one that’s fueled by our passion for technology and our dedication to sparking the brightest ideas in ourselves and others.**Your daily tasks will include*** conducting thorough market research and analysis to identify potential bid opportunities focusing on the public sector in Austria* monitoring public and customer specific tender platforms and developing high-quality, tailored proposals and bids that align with the tender specifications* collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical experts, legal, and finance, to gather insights and information necessary for compelling bids* developing and executing effective bid strategies, ensuring that pricing, technical solutions, and service offerings meet client requirements while aligning with company goals* identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with bids through collaborative team efforts* fostering strong client relationships while also ensuring bid compliance with relevant regulations and maintaining meticulous records for future reference* supporting our sales team on negotiating with clients on tenders, pricing, and legal matters, and coordinating with subcontractors**The following will make you succeed in this role*** proven experience in either bid management or software procurement management in the Austrian market* proven experience with tenders in Austrian public sector (federal procurement law)* experience with supporting sales of (IT) service offerings* excellent project management and organizational skills* attention to detail and strong analytical skills* knowledge of Austrian business practices and regulations* excellent communication skills in German and good proficiency in English, both spoken and written***For Austria:*** *The law stipulates that the minimum wage must be specified in job postings. The minimum salary is* *€ 55,356* *euros/year (full-time) in the collective agreement. Adequate to your skills, we are willing to pay much more.**We are an equal opportunity employer.
