Your daily tasks will include taking over responsibility of the conception, organization and implementation of interdisciplinary projects within the agile software development environment, being the direct contact person for the customer at decision-maker level, leading our distributed cross-functional development teams on different projects, ensuring that every implemented feature brings value to the customer and is delivered on time and on budget, and taking part in our pre-sales processes.
The following will make you succeed in this role:
- Relevant experience in leading IT transformation projects in an agile environment with distributed cross-functional teams
- Analytical thinking, questioning circumstances and understanding the need of your stakeholders
- Proactive attitude and a high degree of self-initiative
- Ideally knowledge of hands-on software development
- Fluency in English and German
