Duties
- Lead medium and large Salesforce projects using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Develop project scopes, objectives, and detailed implementation plans
- Manage schedules, budgets, and resource allocation while monitoring KPIs
- Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Conduct steering committees and present to C-level executives
- Work with data and prepare detailed project reports
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Challenge both team and client assumptions to maximize business value
- Independently prepare proposals for next project phases and identify new collaboration opportunities
- Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in implementation projects (Salesforce experience is a plus)
- Experience leading 10+ projects (medium multi-month implementations or several large projects)
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Strong ability to work with data, prepare reports, and experience with Jira
- Experience managing challenging situations and leading steering committees for C-level
- Fluent Polish and English (written & spoken)
- Results-oriented, proactive, and collaborative approach
- Nice to Have
- Salesforce configuration experience or deep understanding of the platform's business capabilities
- Ability to explain the Salesforce release process and knowledge of Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud)
- Agile/Scrum certifications (PSM, CSM)
- Process visualization skills (whiteboarding, BPMN tools)
