Director of Consulting & Security Full Package up to €140,000 – (Fluent German Needed)

Location – Remote with expectation of travel throughout Germany (Need to be currently living in Germany)

I am currently working with an IT service provider specializing in digital transformation.

Their expertise includes cloud and infrastructure services, IT security, modern workplace solutions, and managed services.

The company serves a variety of clients across the DACH region.

The Role

1. Drive strategy and vision for our consulting and information security practices, setting the tone for excellence and innovation.
2. Develop and lead a team of skilled consultants and security professionals, ensuring their talents are fully utilized and aligned with organizational goals.
3. Oversee and execute critical consulting and information security projects, delivering on-time and within scope while exceeding client expectations.
4. Develop strategies to mitigate risks, ensure compliance, and safeguard clients‘ sensitive data and systems.
5. Communicate effectively with C-level executives and operational teams, bridging strategy and execution seamlessly.

Your Profile

1. Demonstrated experience in consulting and managing diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
2. Strong background in cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, and security frameworks.
3. Ability to develop and execute plans that align with organizational goals and address complex security challenges.
4. Adept at engaging with stakeholders across all levels, from executives to operational teams.
5. A track record of successfully delivering complex consulting and security projects on time and within budget.
6. Certifications (Preferred): CISSP, CISM, or equivalent security certifications are a plus.
